Programs
- beginner classes/essential level
- intermediate classes
- Pilates on the ball and with flex bands (these exercises will be introduced to both levels as a natural progression to the basic pilates movements.)
- golf and ski specific classes (offered on demand/interest basis)
Class Schedule
Regularly scheduled classes are;
- Monday 5:30pm - 6:30pm (excluding holiday Mondays)
- Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm (these classes are for individuals that have had exposure to pilates and have taken some form of essential/basic level)
Class Fees
- 10 classes for $120
- 5 classes for $70
- drop ins for $15
Individual or private classes/coaching can be arranged at a cost per hour of;
- 1 person - $45
- 2 people - $30 per person
- 3 people - $20 per person
