"It’s been awhile since I have been back to "reality" since the escape at your retreat.

"I have to say- I thoroughly enjoyed the down time as I needed it- but more importantly, it gave me the opportunity to reconnect with myself. I do this, but sometimes I feel that I am not there constantly and consistently. Since your workshop, I have been making a greater effort to spend more time in my body and not try to escape any feelings. I also have spent more time watching my thoughts and being more fully present. Of course, the latter is always a work in progress, but spending three days just doing this seems to have helped to give me the focus I need to do it consistently. I have slowed down and I suspect I will continue to slow down even more as I become more fully in tune with my thoughts and feelings. Thank you for reminding me how important it is to simply slow down.
